These terms apply when you use SCORING NERDS. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

SCORING NERDS is an independent fan scoring platform for MMA events. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UFC or any fight promotion.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through it. Use accurate account information and do not share access in a way that could harm the service or other users.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, or break these terms.

You keep ownership of the scorecards, profile information, avatars, and other content you add to the service.

You give us permission to host, store, display, publish, and process that content as needed to run the service, show profiles, compare scorecards, and display community scoring.

Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful to other users or the service.

Scores and related activity may be shown publicly, shared with other users, or included in aggregated community views. Do not submit anything you are not comfortable having used in that way.

The service currently has no commercial monetization, paid accounts, ads, or subscriptions. If paid features, sponsorships, ads, or similar monetization are introduced later, the relevant terms will be updated before those features apply to you.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always work.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated terms apply from the date shown on this page.

The service is provided as is. Fight data, scorecards, community views, and other information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Use the service at your own discretion.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
