SCORING NERDS is operated from Switzerland. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@scoringnerds.com.

Account data: email address, sign-in provider, username, avatar, password reset and email confirmation status.

App data: scorecards, fight picks, profile information, friend requests, friendships, and public profile activity you create in the app.

Technical data: session cookies, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, error logs, and basic performance or analytics events.

We use this data to create and secure accounts, save scorecards, show community scoring, run friend features, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and understand whether the site is working well.

The site currently has no ads and no commercial monetization. If payments, subscriptions, sponsors, ads, newsletters, or similar monetization are added later, this policy will be updated before that data is collected or used.

Your username, avatar, public profile, scoring activity, and aggregated community scoring may be visible to other users or visitors. Your email address is not shown publicly by the app.

We use necessary cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and protect your session. We also use privacy-conscious analytics and speed measurement to understand traffic and performance.

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime features, and Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data may be processed outside Switzerland. Where required, we rely on adequate protection decisions, contractual safeguards, or similar legal safeguards.

We keep account and app data while your account is active. We may keep limited records longer when needed for security, backups, abuse prevention, legal duties, or resolving disputes.

You can ask whether we process personal data about you, request access to it, and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted where applicable. You can also object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email above.
