READING THE COMMUNITY

For each round, we take the score the most people gave it. Add those rounds up and you get the community's card: the name and score shown as the community's pick.

It has to be the exact score, so a 10-9 and a 10-8 are counted apart.

In round 1 here, five of seven people gave it to red, but two of them scored it 10-8. The most common score, 10-9, is the one that counts.

Each bar shows how many people gave each fighter the round. A darker shade is a wider score, like 10-8.

The bar counts people, not rounds. Each person's card is added up, and the bar shows how many had each fighter winning. Grey is cards that came out even.

So the pick and the bar answer different questions. In a close fight they can point different ways.

When a fight goes to the judges, the winner on the community's card is checked against the official winner. The same winner is AGREED. Anything else is DISAGREED.

It only asks who won, not by how much, and the split bar plays no part. A fight that ends by KO or submission has no decision to check, so it's marked FINISH.

Only completed rounds count. The round a fight is stopped in, and any after it, are left out of every card, total and percentage.

So after a finish, the community column shows who was ahead before the stoppage, not a pick to win. A fight stopped in round 1 has nothing to count.

The fight page and your profile also show how often your rounds matched the community's card, the judges or a friend. Those count rounds scored exactly alike, so a 10-9 doesn't match a 10-8.

AGREED and DISAGREED are looser: they only ask who won the fight.
